Rosemary was married on September 21, 1940 to John W. Rose. John and Rosemary had one son, John M. Rose. They lived in several Midwestern towns, finally settling in Prarie Village, KS where Rosemary worked as a school secretary. Upon returning, they moved to Branson, MO. While there, Rosemary was active in the Methodist Church thrift shop, bridge club, PEO, and was a volunteer at the Taneyhills Library for 25 years. Rosemary moved to Houston after the death of her husband in 1998. She thoroughly enjoyed living at Parkway Place, where she made many wonderful friends. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and her husband. She is survived by her son, John M. Rose, daughter in law Diana Rose, and four grandchildren, Elizabeth of Houston, Laura of New York City, John M. II and his wife Joanna, and Scott Rose, all of Houston. She is also survived by one great grandchild, John M. Rose III (Johnny).
