Barbara Jean Schneider Ellis, 85, passed away on February 9, 2022 in Cedar Park, Texas. She was born on October 17, 1936 in Orange Grove, Texas to Ernest Schneider and Henrietta Mussman Schneider. She was married to Austin Stewart Ellis for 54 years until his passing in 2014.
Those who preceded her in her heavenly walk were husband, Austin S. Ellis, infant son, Ross Stewart Ellis, parents, Ernest and Henrietta Schneider, sister, Deborah Dohoney and brothers, John Henry, Alfred, and Arnold Schneider.
Her legacy will continue with her three daughters, Melissa Engman (Keith) of Liberty Hill, TX, Michelle Ellis of Cedar Park, TX, and Venus Romero (Eric) of San Diego, CA; her two sons, Mark Sullivan (Paula) of Kerrville, TX and Mark Peterson (Nori) of Austin, TX; her grandchildren Amanda Bevilacqua, Matthew Engman, Brad Sullivan, Scott Sullivan, Chloe Peterson, Zoe Peterson, Emily Peterson, Allison Moore; and great grandson Casimiro Moore. Barbara is also survived by brother in law, Frank Dohoney of Alice, TX and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
