She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Lamar Kim Smith of Corinth, Mississippi; daughters, Amanda Starnes of Corinth, Mississippi and Melissa Strawn and her husband Bradley of Bath Springs, Tennessee; sons, Barry Smith and his wife Alicia of Batesville, Mississippi and Steven Melson and his wife Hannah of Ramer, Tennessee; father, Edward Lee Brown of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Janet Brown of Savannah, Tennessee and Cindy Miller and her husband J.R. of Savannah, Tennessee; and 10 grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, Connie was preceded in death by an infant brother.
