Jerry graduated from Nazareth Area High School Class of 1950. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Jerry dedicated 30 years at B. Braun, of Bethlehem, until his retirement in 1996. He also owned and operated Lance's Seafood Market in Nazareth from 1959 to 1965. Jerry was a faithful and active member of Holy Family Catholic Church, of Nazareth, where he sang on the Paradise Choir. He was a lifetime member of Holy Family Club, of Nazareth. Jerry loved gardening at home and traveling with his wife and family. He enjoyed attending his grandkid's activities. Jerry was a fan of all sports. He was a social butterfly, who always stayed humble and had an infectious smile.
Jerry will be deeply missed by son, Atty. Gerald P. Lance and wife Lana, of Houston, TX; daughter, Michele Seaton and husband Keith, of Nazareth; daughter-in-law, Susan Lance, of Nazareth; grandchildren, Danielle and Gerald W. Lance, Scott, Kathryn, and Daniel Seaton, Samantha and Brandon Lance. He was pre-deceased by son, Jeffrey Lance, and sister, Nancy Gregory Milkovits.

A visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2022, from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Joseph F. Reichel Funeral Home Inc., of Nazareth. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church, 410 W. Center St. Nazareth, PA 18064. Burial with Military Honors will be held at Holy Family Cemetery, of Nazareth.
