Ken served in the Vietnam War as a Heavy Equipment Engineer in the US Army and was a longtime employee of Penn Cambria School District. An impassioned sports fan, he enjoyed rooting for the Pirates and Penn State football. Ken also enjoyed hunting and fishing, and spent 12 years actively involved with Cresson Little League. He will be fondly remembered tinkering in the shed and watching his grandkids grow.
Ken received a second chance at life through the gift of organ donation in 2007 and blessed his family with 15 more years of love. A man of renewed faith, he was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Cresson, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11 a.m., Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Military honors will be provided by the Cresson American Legion, Sankertown VFW and other local military organizations. Committal church cemetery. Friends and family will be received Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 3-7 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson.
