Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Erma Epperly (Bob) and Vicki Wilson (Jim), grandchildren Linda Davis, Brian Wilson, Alycia Snuffer (John), and Ryan Epperly, great-grandchildren Joseph Davis, Owen Davis, Aaron Wilson, Nelle Snuffer, and Wilder Snuffer (due any day, her newest great-grandson that Linda was looking forward to holding), sisters Juanita Lehman and Debra Horton, brothers Daniel, Billy (Rita), and Jimmy Joe (Anna Mae) Basham, and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved.
Linda had very special friends that she loved dearly. Randall and Lanie Murphy were with her until the end. She also had a cousin, Stella Martin, that she remained very close to.
Linda worked in private home care for the elderly and in the hotel industry.
Linda and her sister Juanita talked daily, always making sure to tell each other how much they loved one another.
Linda called everyone "honey," and she always made sure that her children and grandchildren knew that she loved them. She was always kind-hearted, always having something nice to say to others. She loved to work puzzles and loved butterflies. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and her family will treasure the memories of her.
The funeral will be on Wednesday, February 9th at 12 noon in the Melton Mortuary Chapel. The family will be receiving friends at 11:00 am. Linda will be entombed in the Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Pallbearers will be Brian and Aaron Wilson, Ryan Epperly, John Snuffer, Matthew Pierce, and Keith Price. Services will be conducted by son-in-law, Jim Wilson.
