Bud went to grade school in Richland, MO and high school in Stoutland, MO. After high school he joined the Marines. Bud was a Purple Heart recipient during the Vietnam War. In 2004 Bud moved to Shell Knob with his wife Judy, where he enjoyed fishing. This had been his dream for many years.
He is preceded by his parents; one sister Jane Ada Wade and one brother Forrest "Sonny" Wade.
Memorial service with Military Honors was 10:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at Shell Knob Funeral Home with Pastor Peggy Wobema officiating. Memorial donations may be made to VFW Post 2203, PO Box 205, Shell Knob, MO 65747. Cremation arrangements are under the direction Shell Knob Funeral Home.
