Phyllis Ann Norris, age 75, passed away on February 6, 2022 in Muskegon, Michigan. Phyllis was born on April 7, 1946 in Monclo, West Virginia to James and Phyllis Meadows.
Phyllis married Thomas Norris, and the couple spent 47 wonderful years together before he passed away in 2008. Phyllis was a member of Christ Community Church for many years. She loved spending time in the kitchen baking delicious treats to share with her friends and family, her specialty was apple pie. You could often find her singing karaoke at Cowboy Jims. She was such an outgoing person, and could talk to anyone as if she had known them for years. She really knew how to leave an impression. Phyllis was an extraordinary woman. She was truly one of a kind. Phyllis will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Phyllis was preceded in death by: husband, Thomas Norris; parents, James and Phyllis Meadows; and brothers, Bob and Don Meadows. Brothers in law, Jim Elkins , Darrell Badgley and Dave Lowman.

Phyllis is survived by: children, Terry (Jackie) Norris and Pamela (Gerald) Wellman; grandchildren, Thomas (Cori), James, Robert, Marie (Chip), and Angelica (Brenden); great grandchildren, Braylon, CT, Nylah, Annabelle, Mason, Tate, and Trey; siblings, Delores Elkins, Ella Lowman, and Clyde (Irene) Meadows; close companion, Dennis Lewis; as well as many nieces and nephews.
