Mr. Orr was born on August 19, 1939 to Samuel Edward Sr. and Lillian Lofton Orr in Shreveport, LA and passed away on February 3, 2022 in Tyler.
He worked in the Oil and Gas industry most of his life, served in the U S Air Force from 1958- 1961. Formerly of Richmond, Mr. Orr had lived in Tyler 21 years.
Survivors include his wife: Georgia Ann Orr of Tyler, daughters: Mary Segraves and husband Kirk of Richmond, Connie Fiser of Flint, Rebecca Ann Orr of Tyler, grandchildren: Stephan Segraves and wife: Jessica of Portland, OR, Brant Segraves of Woodstosk, GA, Ryan Segraves and wife: Jessica of Katy, TX, Christopher Fiser of Flint Samuel Fiser of Tyler and Ryker Fiser of Flint, great-grandchild: Harper Segraves of Katy, sisters: Martha Kellar and husband Norman, Brenda Orr and brother Jimmy Orr, Brother-in –law; Dan Kresta and wife: Connie.
