Donna retired from HEB after over twenty years of service. She enjoyed fishing and trips to the casinos. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and sister.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-eight years, Thomas Phillips; sons, Terry Tucker of Arkansas; Jody Tucker of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Buddy Tucker of Baytown; and Joe Phillips and his wife, Danielle, of Highlands; daughters, Michelle Phillips of Baytown and Amy Phillips of Highlands; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Overstreet and her husband, Gary, of Kountze; and brother, Doyle "Doc" Richard and his wife, Jennifer, of Paris. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Billy Phillips; and sister, Della Quinn.
