Judy was born April 29, 1941, in Freeport, the daughter Leslie and Jeanette Kitzmiller. On Nov. 18, 1978, she married Mr. Earl E. Miller.
She graduated in 1959 from Forreston High School. Judy then went to work at Cable News from 1959-1967. She attended MacConnel Airline School in the fall of 1967 and then went to work at British Airways from Oct. 1967 to Oct. 1977. After the airline, she moved to the Mt. Morris area and worked for Bell Credit Union from 1977 to 2006, when she retired. Judy was a member of Mt. Morris Moose Lodge and Mt. Morris Senior Center. Her hobbies are gem stone collecting, snowmen, enjoyed sewing and crafting and basket collecting. Judy traveled around the world to 18 different countries, islands and 43 states within the US.
Survivors include daughter a son-in-law; two granddaughters; great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband Earl; sister, Betty J. (Kitzmiller) Remmers and brother, John W. Kitzmiller.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until start of the service at 11:00 a.m. at the Polo Family Funeral Home, 110 E. Dixon St., Polo. Burial will be immediately following at Fairmount Cemetery in Polo.
Memorials may be directed to Mt. Morris Moose Lodge and the Serenity Hospice and Home of Oregon.
