Born on July 20, 1981 in Claremore, OK to Sherman Lee an Ida Ruth Tanner Phillips he attended Watonga Public School. After finishing his education, he worked for Holy Tex, Meals on Wheels and Project Heart. When not working, he enjoyed time with family, watching OSU sports and talking on his phone. He attended Country Side Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; grandparents; brothers Matthew and Timothy Sheppard.
