Mrs. Doris Perritt Parker, age 81, of Galivants Ferry passed away February 2, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Parker was the wife of the late Joseph Dixon Parker and the daughter of the late Arthur Lamar and Arie Mae Wiggins Perritt.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by four sisters: Emma Mae King, Alma Ruth Perritt, Bonnie Faye Perritt, and Connie Johnson.

Mrs. Doris was a member of Aynor Church of God. She loved working in the yard cutting grass, working with her flowers, and running a pole saw.

Mrs. Doris is survived by two sons: Billy Parker (Tracy) and Ken Parker (Shelly); one daughter: Teresa Caulder (Buddy); nine grandchildren: Misty Konkrasang (Theeraphong), Amanda Grant (Michael), Mindy Rouse (Jeremy), Wyatt Parker, Kendall Parker, Chase Smith, Jordan Smith (Joie), Josh Caulder (Tammy), and Lisa Caulder; nine great grandchildren with the tenth one due in July; three sisters: Mildred Todaro (Tom), Jewel Pye (the late Frank Pye), and Judy James (Craig); and the inherited son: Phillip Richardson.

A graveside service will be held 1:30 PM Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Galivants Ferry Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Haywood Proctor and Rev. Rusty Brown officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
