Kelvin's parents were Julia McDonald Paley (Deceased) and Charles Jordan (Deceased).

Kelvin emigrated to New York, USA in 1965. Kelvin was a Chemist at Star Enterprises (formally Texaco) in Delaware City, DE and Trinidad. Kelvin is survived by his wife, Fatiha, his children, Roberta (June) Jordan, Martha Gonzalez, Gail (Jenny) Jordan, Ian Jordan, Neil Jordan and Sherryl Jordan; (his oldest son Keith predeceased him in 2017). He is also survived by his grandchildren: Keith, Fernando, Dinard, Jerrol, Kelvin Lara, Tyler and Neil Jr.; 4 great-grandchildren, 6 brothers and sisters and several cousins. All of whom mourn his passing! Kelvin was a staunch believer in Education and hard work and exemplified both traits throughout his life. Kelvin loved science fiction and politics. He was happiest debating current events of the day.
