Mr. Billingsley was born in Lockport, IL January 1, 1925, the son of Maurice and Ethel (King) Billingsley. On June 3, 1946, he married Vera Lee Powell, who survives.
He was a captain in the Air Force during World War II and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the White Shrine, the American Legion, the Elks and Moose Lodges and was an Albion volunteer fireman.
Surviving are his widow, a son, David; and his mother, Mrs. Ethel Billingsley.
Services were conducted at Nales Funeral Home in Albion with burial in the Cisne Cemetery.
Masonic rites were also conducted.
