William G. "Bill" Fox, 56, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Tuesday December 14, 2021 with his family by his side. After a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born September 16 1965 to Charles John and Ora (Stephens) Fox in Brookville.

Bill was self-employed as the owner and operator of Bill's Small Engine Repair. He worked at Brookville Wood Products and Guzzo Equipment before he started his own business. He liked hosting picnics, family gatherings, hanging out in his garage, visiting and having a beer with family and friends. He loved spending time with his family and friends and helping them with whatever projects they had going on. Bill was always there for his family, no matter what the circumstances.

His wife Debra provided the best care of Bill during his battle with cancer. She went out and got Bill whatever he wanted whenever he wanted. She was Bill's "Rock" that comforted him during his battle.

He is survived by his wife of 10 years, whom he married May 16, 2011, Debra S. (Lewis) Fox, Punxsutawney. Bill surprised his wife with secretly planning to renew his vows on August 28, 2021. A daughter and a son, Ashley Hain and husband John, Punxsutawney, Aaron "AJ" Carey, Punxsutawney, a granddaughter Makenzie Hain, his father Charles John Fox, three brothers and a sister, John Fox and wife Cindy, Clarion, Jane Hetager and husband Eric, Coolspring, Charles "Ed" Fox and wife Helen, Punxsutawney, Clifford "Vince" Fox, Punxsutawney, nieces and nephews, Roxanna Gossert, Christian, Terrance, Nichole Himes, and husband James, Wyatt, Madalyn, Jonathan Skidmore, and wife Jessica, Jacob Hetager. Tiffany and Courtney Fox, Heather and Randy Fox, many more nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 5:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home Inc, 114 Maple Ave., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
