Mary Alice Sims Cole Fish, 92, of Marianna, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in her daughter's home.
She was born in Amity, Washington County, daughter of the late Ellen and Frank Sims.
On June 29, 1947, she married L. Ray Cole, who passed away November 16, 1980. She then married George A. Fish who passed away December 3, 1989.
Mrs. Fish retired from K.C. Uniforms where she worked as a sales clerk. She went back to school and received her GED in 1992.
She enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, traveling, shopping, and spending time with family.
She is survived by her four daughters, Margaret Rasel (Stu), Nancy Shepler, Marcy (Bill) Plunkett, and Merry Ann (Mario) Rosa, all of Marianna.
Also surviving are six grandchildren, Jarett (Beverly) Rasel of Oakland, Md., Tami (Randy) Merritt of Parker, Ariz., Trissa Gustovich of Penn Hills, Robert G. Rasel, Jr. of Marianna, Francesca (Dale) Quinlan of Canonsburg, and Luciano Rosa of Marianna; 17 great-grandchildren, Angel, Coty, and Alaura Rasel, Dakota Workman, Devan Hamrick; Max, Miles and Mary Gustovich; Anthony Slack, Xavier and Aubrey Rasel, Chessica Larson, RJ, Raelee and Randon Merritt, Ashley and Katelyn Hall.
Eight great-great-grandchildren, Benelli Rasel, Sophia Gustovich, Emma and Nicole Slack, Tanner and Tatum Larson, Rynlee Merritt, and Nevaeh Hall. Totaling five – five-generation family sets.
She was proceeded in death, along with her parents and husbands, by her son, Lawrence (Larry) Cole; grandson, Shane Hall; great-grandson, Matthew Hall; brothers, Orloff (Bus) Sims, Tom Sims; and sister, Loretta Walsh.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 7, 2022, at the Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA.
