DEATH OF CHARLES BLANE
Charles Blane, a California pioneer, who had lived in Stockton for many years, died yesterday at the family home at 2027 East Sonora street. Blane had been employed as a blacksmith by the Holt Manufacturing company. He is survived by a widow, Emma Blane. The children are William and Charles Blane, Mrs. M. J. Tally, and Mary, Ethel and Lottie Blane, all of Stockton. Blane was a native of Germany and aged 72 years.

Charles Blane Passes Away
Charles Blane, a pioneer resident of California, having resided in the state for 52 years, and in Stockton for many years, passed away yesterday at the family home, 2027 East Sonora street. The deceased has been employed as a blacksmith at the Holt Manufacturing company and was a highly esteemed citizen. He is survived by a widow, Emma Blane, and the following children: William and Charles Blane, Mrs. M. J. Tally, Mary, Ethel and Lottie Blane, all of Stockton. Mr. Blane was a native of Germany and was 72 years of age.
