Rehoboth Beach - Charles Wayne Williamson (Wayne), 83 of Rehoboth Beach, DE, devoted husband of R. Stephen White for the past 39 years, died on January 24, 2022, after a long illness. Wayne was born in Wilmington, DE, the son of Anna Belle Garton Williamson and John M. Williamson. He attended Henry C. Conrad High School and spent most of his professional life in the real estate business in Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, ultimately retiring from First State Appraisals, a business he co-owned.

Wayne was predeceased by his parents. In addition to his husband and extended family, he is survived by his four children, Brian K. Williamson (and his wife Catherine) and Robert K. Williamson, of Wilmington, DE; Michele K. Williamson of Kennett Square, PA; and Patrick K. Williamson (and his wife Lisa) of Harrington, DE; seven grandchildren; his sister Cindy G. Jackson (and husband George) of Wilmington, DE; his brother Franklin M. Williamson (and wife Mary) of Bear, DE; and seven nephews.

Wayne loved spending time with Steve and their many friends in the Rehoboth Beach community, and he enjoyed painting, partying, dancing, and other creative pursuits.
Services and burial will be private.
