Born in Marion County, Charlotte graduated from Improve High School in 1967. She also graduated from Pearl River Junior College in 1969. While a resident of Hattiesburg, she taught school in the Lamar County School District. After retiring, she continued her lifelong love of children and became a teacher at Salem Christian School in Collins. Charlotte had a deep faith and love for her Lord, always serving in many capacities in the local church. She grew up attending New Union Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia, and most recently she was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Collins. Charlotte's family, especially her three children, was very important to her. She loved cooking for them and sharing time together with them. She loved animals, but especially her Grand-dog, Gabe. She also enjoyed antiques and artwork.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, James Hubert & Jewel Moree Graham; and two Brothers, James Stewart Graham, Joe B. Graham.
She is survived by her Son, Paul Stewart, of Hattiesburg; two Daughters, Hollie Register, of Collins, Jane Stewart, of Columbia; one Grand-dog, Gabe; four Brothers, Sammy Graham, of Columbia, Billy Dale Graham, of Columbia, Tony Graham (Beneaka), of Columbia, John D. Graham, of Palm Springs, California; three Sisters, Dianne G. Smith (Larry), of Hattiesburg, Hilda G. Broome (Roger), of Mobile, Glinda G. Crooks (William), of Hattiesburg; and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and extended family and friends.
