Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Louie and Josie Guest Hall.
Clifford was an avid guitar player who enjoyed working on cars.
He is survived by his son Paul Clifford Hall, Jr.; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Adams; brother, Grady Hall; sisters, Mildred L. Hall and Shirley Farmer. He was the last surviving member of his family.
Entombment in Woodlawn Memorial Park Remembrance Mausoleum.
