Survivors include her sister-in-law, Margaret Waldrep; niece, Angela Walton Rountree; and great niece, Andrea LaFleur.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Phillip Bell; and nephew Brian Walton.
A gathering of Mrs. Bell's family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Broussard's, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will be at Memory Garden of Jefferson County, Nederland.
