Eric T. Fleming It is with great sadness that the family of Eric T. Fleming, 60, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester as a result of an industrial accident. He was the beloved son of Barbara (Beecher) Brown the late Edward A. Fleming. Eric was born and raised in Taunton. He graduated from Coyle Cassidy High School and Assumption College where he excelled ice hockey. He worked in the metal building construction industry for more than 35 years, and was the founder of Beecher Building Systems. Eric enjoyed playing golf, the outdoors and adored the many dogs and cats he had over the years. Eric is survived by his son Gabriel Fleming. Siblings Kevin Fleming, Deborah Gilbert, Karen Fleming, Linda St.Pierre and several nieces and nephews. Eric was predeceased by his siblings Brian Fleming, Susan Ferreira, niece Kelley Lynn and his step father Thomas Brown. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave, Taunton. A prayer service promptly at 6:30pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend (Facial coverings are required in the funeral home at all times).
