Shelley Lloyd Brown, Sr., native of Utica, MS and longtime resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the age of 84. Shelley was a graduate of Utica High School and began his career as a Conductor with Illinois Central Gulf Rail-

Shelley is survived by his loving wife of 38 years; a daughter; three sons; 14 grand-children; and 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Robbie Moore Brown; son, Shelley L. Brown, Jr.; brother, Bill Brown; and sister, Mary Thomassie.
