Lynda Price, 86, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on March 15, 2021 at Wesley Pines Nursing Center in Lumberton, NC.
She was born on September 12, 1934 in Seven Springs, NC.
Lynda was formerly employed as a bookkeeper in accounting.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Price Groves; her parents, George Rayton Rouse, Sr. and Annie Raiford-Rouse; and two brothers, George Rayton Rouse, Jr. and John Lyndwood Rouse.
Lynda is survived by her husband, Titus "Nelson" Price of the home; two sons, Gregory L. Price (Gwenn) of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Andy Price (Patricia) of Red Springs, NC; a daughter, Joanna Price Read (Carey) of Lumberton, NC; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; a sister, Marjorie Rouse Knight (Daniel) of Lugoff, SC; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Morris-Rouse of Seven Springs, NC.
The funeral services will be held in Chestnut Street United Methodist Church in Lumberton, NC with Pastor Herbert Lowry, Jr. officiating.
