Larry Wise Officiating.
Mr. Blair was a member of Duck Hill Primitive Baptist Church a retired Mortgage Lender and served in the United States Army.
He leaves his wife Sarah Lee Blair, daughter, Dianna Woods and her husband Ricky, Son, David Blair Jr., and his wife Christi. Grandchildren: Matthew Woods, Courtney Blair, Anna Woods, Channing Blair, and Houston Blair. Sister, Nadine Cochran, Brothers Lloyd Blair, and his wife Marilyn, Joe Blair, and his wife Ruth, Leroy Blair, and his wife Geraldine, Wayne Blair, and his wife Marty.
Preceded in death by his parents, William Frank and Laura Lee Blair, Brothers, Paul Blair, Edward Blair, Frank Blair, Clyde Blair, and Walter Blair.
