Obituary:
Lois T. Rockett
Lois T. Rockett, 85, of Spearsville, died Oct.18 at Ruston General Hospital following a brief illness.
Funeral services were held Oct. 20 at the Camp Creek Baptist Church at Spearsville at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Miller officiating. Funeral services were under the direction of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rockettt was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include one sone, Dr. Arthur D. Rockett of Lake Charles; two daughters Mrs. Evonne Simpson of Ruston and Mrs. Anita Hollis of Homer; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two brothers, Oliver Turnage of Spearsville nad Murphy Turnage of Whitter, Calif; one sister, Mrs. Eula Finney of Huntington Park, Calif. and numerous relatives and friends.
