In 1991, Trisha graduated from FSU College of Law, and was a member of the Florida Bar. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate from FSU she graduated with a Masters degree in Library Science from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and from Alma College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Trisha was a prolific reader and never left home without her Nook. She enjoyed sitting on the beach, and spending time with family. She was a cat lover with the most recent Toby always at her side.
She was civic minded in her private and professional life as a gifted writer, avid reader and as a librarian and lawyer. She served those who needed assistance the most. She cared about all manner of life be it cats or manatees as well as man/woman kind! She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
A family graveside service will be held at Tallahassee Memory Gardens in the Garden of Serenity on February 3. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to VITAS of Volusia County or to the Volusia County Humane Society.
