Bonnie Marie Davis was born Bonnie Marie Aulds in Choudrant, LA. She moved to Ridgecrest, CA in 1951 with her parents, Pleasant and Doris Aulds. She lived in Ridgecrest, CA for 35 years before moving to Bakersfield, CA in 1986 where she was an Engineering Assistant for Aera Energy until she retired in 2012. She passed away quietly in her home Saturday morning, June 26th. She loved to go bowling, playing cards with her family, visiting casinos to try her luck with slot machines, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Arnold Davis (married March 1991); her children, Tony (Tami) Whitnack, Jeff (Christine) Whitnack; her step-daughters Debra Davis, Jennifer Davis, and Amanda Davis; her grandchildren, David Sevier, Chloe Whitnack, Jacob Whitnack, Abigail Whitnack, and James Whitnack; her step-grandchildren, Edward Davis, Alex Gonzales and Addison Guffin; her great-granddaughter Audisse Davis; and her brothers and sisters, Sybil (Dale) Lint, Randy Aulds, Jerry (Andrea) Aulds, Sherry Eyre; and many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.
There will be a viewing held at Holland & Lyons on July 2, 2021 from 4PM-7PM and a Memorial Service will be held at Holland & Lyons on July 3, 2021 at 10AM.
