John "Jack" Walter Billings, Jr., age 85, passed away January 26, 2022 at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in 1937 to Annie Ruth (Lee) and Rev. John Walter Billings, Sr. in San Antonio, Texas. John was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and the United States Air Force and retired from USAA Insurance Company. He is preceded in death by son, John Walter Billings, III and survived by wife of 62 years, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
