Obituary: KITTEL, Wilfred Nicholas-Please don't weep for me as I am not dead. I am the gentle breeze that sweeps the tree tops down at our bush. I am the sun shining down glimmering on our water pond. I am the beautiful sound of the frogs down at the flats in the early spring. I have lived the life I always wanted to live. I enjoyed the simple things and I was so fortunate to be able to farm my entire life. I was born May 10th, 1936 right on my home farm where my parents Nicholas Kittel and Helen (Hergott) raised me. My brother Edgar and I worked hard and thoroughly enjoyed raising pigs, chickens, milking cows and working the land. When Edgar passed on in 1979 I just kept going. I built my home and married my lovely bride Donna Stoeser in 1965. We were married for 48 great years and raised our children with pride. I live on in my children and grandchildren, daughter; Rosemary Helen and her husband Ronnie McCormick, their children Josephine, Mary Ellen, Mason, Marshall, Georgina and Atticus, son; Jeremy Nicolas, son; Cory Lee and his wife Kirby Lynn and their children Benjamin, Ella and Grace. My sister Mary and her husband George Brenner and to all of nieces and nephews, remember the good times you had with me and remember all I taught you. To my sister in-law Brenda and my in-laws Walter and Agnes Stoeser, let's celebrate our reunion. Cancer slowed me down, but I was determined to keep going and do my chores. It was finally time to slow down and rest; I closed my eyes and went to sleep. The angels came for me on Saturday, February 1st, 2014 where I met up with Jesus our Saviour. I have kept the faith. Please join me at St. Agatha R.C. church on Wednesday, February 5th at 11am where I have been a member since my baptism. Come and celebrate my life. My hope is that I live on in everyone's hearts. It's been a wonderful life. Love W.K. Visitation will be held at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley on Tuesday, February 4th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 8:45 p.m. Donations to St. Agatha Church or the Carmel of St. Joseph of St. Agatha.
