Six short months ago a dear little babe came to bless this home and was made welcome. But a heavenly messenger came and said, "Precious babe, thou art mine." And all that willing hands or loving hearts could do did not avail. Why it is thus, is more than we can tell; and, why it is, is almost more than we can bear. God's will be done.
