Tim was born on September 20, 1958, in Sherman, TX to Earl Loyce Brown and Ethel Edna (Rolen) Brown.
He graduated from Sherman High School in 1977. He received his degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1981.
He established a career in the field of banking and finance until his retirement. Tim later worked for Grayson County Equipment in Sherman for several years thereafter.
Tim's family was his pride and joy. Everything, he did was with in mind. He was lovingly referred to as "Gramps", by his grandchildren, whom he adored. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his son, Timothy Jared Brown, and wife Haley of Collinsville; daughter Amanda Mangiapane of Sallisaw, OK; sister, Sandra Wagoner of Denison, TX; grandchildren Carter and Kenzie Brown of Collinsville; and nephew Harold Wagoner and wife Kathleen, of Denison, TX.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Ethel Brown, and brother Loyce Brown.
Family visitation will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 3:00pm until 4:30pm at Waldo Funeral Home. 619 N Travis Steet, Sherman, TX 75090. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
