Melissa Ann "Missy" Parker, age 51, of Curtis, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born November 5, 1970, in Carthage, TX, the daughter of Ronald and Cora Dukes Davidson.

Missy was a graduate of Arkadelphia High School and a graduate of Red River Technical College with a degree in nursing. She was a surgical assistant with Arkansas Eye Surgery for twenty years. Missy was the past owner of Arkie Mallard Calls which produced laser engraved duck calls. She worked at The Plaza assisted living facility and most recently at All Care Pharmacy in Arkadelphia. Missy enjoyed road trips on her Harley with her husband Rodney and all her biker friends. She loved music concerts and motorcycle rallies. Missy was a fun person and was liked by everyone that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Missy is survived by her husband, Rodney Parker, her parents, Ron and Cora Davidson, two sons, Blake Caldwell and Seth Parker, one daughter, Alyssa Parker, one brother, Chris Davidson (Shelly), two grandchildren, Makenna and Emily Parker, two nieces, Cori Davidson and Nicki Davidson.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, January 31, 2022, at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Brad West officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Clark County, P.O. Box 435, Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
