G.A. "Van" Vanderleest, age 62, retired GMAC Manager in Pasadena, 18 year Arcadia resident, died on April 2, 1990, while in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Surviving are his wife, Jean; son, Alan of Cheyenne, Wyoming; daughters, Jeanie of Carlsbad and Laurie of Chino; four grandchildren; and a sister, Gerry of Hutchinson, Kansas.
Memorial services in the chapel at Lake Avenue Congregational Church, Pasadena. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Lake Avenue Congregational Church.
