*Billy lived and worked in Childress, TX for a time, later moving back to Hugo, OK.
Billy was among the first people I met when I moved to Childress. He was very friendly, and was known to many here in the community and among those at the church he attended. I will remember him as a gentle, jovial man friendly to all. I heard from someone who knew him that he was glad to return to family and friends in Hugo, and was told he was helping many through his work at Choctaw Nation.

*Dear Bailey Family, my deepest condolences on your loss. I am very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Billy was not only a colleague at the USDA, Farm Service Agency and the former FmHA in Texas, but a friend and mentor.

*Dear Bailey Family -
I am sorry to learn of Billy's passing. I knew and worked with all three of the Bailey brothers over the years. The work involved USDA opportunities, private/Choctaw Nation business dealings and fun times in Las Vegas at the National Finals Rodeo and Intertribal Ag Council meeting. You are in prayer for peace and remembering the good times together. Darrel Dominick - USDA-NRCS (ret.)
