Tamara Joyce Collins (December 29, 1962-January 19, 2022) was called home into the arms of her Maker. She was a beloved friend, mother and Gigi.
Tammy fought harder and longer than we ever thought possible. It was through her positivity and faith in God that she stayed with us as long as she did. Cancer did not win. Tammy is now eternally at peace with the Father.
A memorial service will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Coastal Chesapeake (1832 Elbow Road) at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow. Please consider wearing a mask if you plan to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a donation be made in Tammy's honor to either Virginia German Shepard Rescue or Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
