Billy Joe Garrett was born on June 27, 1976 in Valliant, Oklahoma to William "Tak" Garrett and Betty (Haley) Garrett. He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Garrett.
Billy was a 1994 graduate from Valliant High school. After high school, he began working in the construction field doing industrial maintenance. Billy loved catfishing and working on vehicles. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Billy's pride and joy was his granddaughter and he loved spending time with her. Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Billy is survived by his parents William and Betty Garrett of Valliant, OK; son, Kristian Garrett of Valliant, OK; daughter, Rayle Elliott of Valliant, OK; granddaughter, Everly Johnston; sisters, Traci Garrett of Rufe, OK; Teri Hughes of Rufe, OK; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
