SELMA – Charles "Charlie" Robbins, 77, passed away Saturday, January 23rd, 2022. He was born in Johnston County to the late Jesse & Viola Jones Robbins.
He owned his own business as a Hair Stylist in which he retired. He had many hobbies that he enjoyed. He loved to shag dance and photography. He will be remembered as an extraordinarily loving and giving person who loved his family above anything else.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Lillian Jeffords, John William Robbins, Shirley Ann Jeffords, Jessie Derby, Nancy Marie Robbins, and Jesse James Robbins.
He is survived by brothers, William Franklin Robbins (Delores), Douglas "Doug" Wayne Robbins, special sister, Bessie Ellen Young, and numerous nieces & nephews.
Flowers are welcomed or memorials can be made to Union Chapel Baptist Church Building Fund.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, Union Chapel Baptist Church,
2437 Zebulon Rd, Zebulon, NC 27597. Family will meet with friends after the service.
