Stanley James Davis Sr., 64, of Husser, LA passed away on January 21, 2022, in a local hospital.
He enjoyed the great outdoors hunting, fishing, and growing many things in his garden. Stanley also enjoyed playing his guitar and being an all-American Patriot.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Sandy Tate Davis; mother, Betty Jean Hodges; two sisters, Golda Boyd and Jennifer McLean and husband David; one daughter, Dawn Jessica Davis; son, Stanley James Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Paxton, Ashton, and Alexander; nieces and nephews; Clinton Ritchie, Amie LeBlanc, Taylor Lovette, Danielle Cutlip, Brian McClane; and one uncle, Obie Tate Jr.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, David Davis and Ricky Hodges.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Big Woods Cemetery under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.
