SULPHUR ‹ Graveside services for Zelma Leta DeLay, 94, Fort Smith, Ark., will be 2 p.m. Monday at Sulphur Cemetery.
Mrs. DeLay died July 2, 1998, at a Van Buren, Ark., hospital.
She served as mayor of Sulphur from 1976 to 1977, and was administrator of DeLay Hospital in Sulphur. She also served on the board of education and was a member of the Business and Professional Women. She graduated from Ward Bellmont with a bachelor of science degree.
Survivors include two sons, John M., New Orleans, and Dr. Robert W., Fort Smith; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith is in charge of arrangements.
