Linda Gay King, age 80, of Muncie, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at her winter home in Thonotosassa, FL. Linda was born January 2, 1942, in Muncie, the daughter of Charles and Janelda Stafford. A proud graduate of Yorktown H.S. class of 1959, she went on to study at Ball Hospital School of Nursing and had a career in the Healthcare field with Dr. John Cooper of Muncie. In her off-time, she was an avid boater and frequented Lake Cumberland, Dale Hallow and the many waterways in between. King; son, Mikel King and his wife Natalie; daughter, Angela Bennett; sister, Elizabeth "Punky" Pierce; and her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchild.
