Ronald Lynn "Ronnie" Clark, age 69, of Kings Mountain, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at his home. Born Tuesday, August 19, 1952, in Pikeville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Kenis & Martha Risner Clark. His loving wife, whom he married February 4, 1973, is Sandy Owens Clark of Kings Mountain. Ronnie was a US Army Veteran, who served during the Vietnam Era, and was a Combat Engineer. Ronnie retired as a Construction Management Superintendent. Ronnie was a member of Pond Baptist Church, was a talented woodworker, and enjoyed farming, fishing, hiking, and the outdoors. Ronnie loved his special pets, Lily, Homer, Theodore, and Patch.

In addition to his wife, Ronnie leaves behind three sons, Joshua Lee Clark (Sarah) of Paris, Kentucky, Benjamin Kenis Clark of Kings Mountain, and Seth Clark (Jan Watters) of Lexington, Kentucky; four granddaughters, Grace Clark, Raeleigh Clark, Isabell Clark, and Kaitlyn Clark; three brothers, Wayne Clark of Lexington, Larry Clark (Mary Lou) of Noblesville, Indiana, and Gary Clark (Kathy) of Science Hill, Kentucky; five sisters, Faith Akers of Salvisa, Kentucky, Shirley Belcher of Grundy, Virginia, Betty Clark, of Tempe, Arizona, Glenda Deutsch (Alex) of Lords Valley, Pennsylvania, and Linda Kay Gearheart of Harold, Kentucky; three brothers-in-laws, Ransom Meade, George Owens of Versailles, Kentucky, and James Owens (Sherry) of Cincinnati, Kentucky; two special nephews, Anthony Clark of Arizona, and Barry Akers of Salvisa; and numerous other nephews, nieces, and other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by one brother, Ray Clark; two sisters, Josephine Branham (Freeman), and Christine Meade; two brothers-in-law, Earl Belcher and Brice Akers; and two sisters-in-law, Marianne Clark and Roberta Owens.

Cremation Rites have been honored. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
