Mr. Jimmy Neal Turner, age 67, of Meansville, passed away October 5, 2020. He was born October 14, 1952, son of the late Wilbur Turner and Christine Babb Turner. Jimmy worked for Clayton County Juvenile Justice System and as a surveyor for the Georgia Department of Transportation. He enjoyed watching the New York Yankees baseball team, going to classic trucks shows, and motorcycle riding.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Johnny Turner.

He is survived by his wife: Carol Turner; brother and sister-in-law: Jack and Susan Turner of Orchard Hill; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Ann and Jimmy Hall of Boston, Winifred Childers of Americus, Steve and Velrae Childers of Smithville, Wallace and Carol Childers of Arkansas, Jane and Dale Morris of Leesburg; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fincher Memorial Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at the funeral home.
