"Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid." John 14:27

Mrs. Mary Ann Stewart Robertson was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 3, 2022.

She was born to Mary Ora Jasmin and Edward Stewart in Wallace, LA on October 3, 1952. At an early age, she professed her faith and love in Jesus Christ. After high school, she was united in holy matrimony to Jimmie "Boy" Robertson in December of 1969. Their union was blessed with two children.

Mary Ann, as many called her, always had a smile on her face. She loved spending time in the kitchen, making delicious meals for her family. People would always come to her to help cook delicious meals and sweets for their functions. She was always willing to help others out whether it was in or out of the kitchen.

A strong woman she was. She would never show when she wasn't feeling well, always pushing to take care of others. She also enjoyed coloring on her tablet, listening to music, and watching her favorite TV shows.

Her beautiful life will forever be remembered and cherished in the lives of her husband, Jimmie Robertson; children, Chanell Ann Robertson and Terreill J Robertson, Sr.; siblings, Owen (Janice) Stewart, Sherman (Kathleen) Stewart, Charles Stewart, Alfred Stewart, and Gail Stewart; four grandchildren, Samier Z. Thomas, Terreill J. Robertson, Jr., Maya M. Robertson, and Tivadar "Tivy" Robertson; two nieces, Rebecca Ann Dock (Goddaughter) and and Rosalind Dock Youngblood; Goddaughter, Larissa McGuffy Sott, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ora Jasmin and Edward Stewart; sister, Carliss Stewart Dock; brother, Edward Stewart, Jr. and grandson, Trahaearn D. Robertson.
