Charles Michael Bowers,31, of Dallas,TX, formerly of Columbia,MO passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
Charles was born December 22, 1989, the son of Charles M. Bowers and Patricia L. Blueitt.
Charles was a very likeable young man with a beautiful smile and a laid back personality. He enjoyed watching sports while eating a good homecooked meal and listening to music.
He loved being a father and uncle. His family meant the world to him. Charles will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Charles Bowers and Patricia Blueitt of Columbia, Missouri. One sister Shawnta Bowers, two brothers Drevonte Robinson and Kenan Johnson. Children Jayliah and Caydren Bowers. His paternal grandmother Delores Bowers, his maternal grandmother Barbara Courtney. Paternal great grandfather Charles Patrick. Nieces Mackenzie and Carly Larry and Kaylea Johnson. His aunts Shawna Courtney, Marcella Lige, Carrie Redden, Leneta Dixon; uncles Arrington Bowers, James Bowers, Antoine Courtney, Saladin Courtney, Akbar Courtney, Bennie Blueitt, Fred Blueitt, Ernest Blueitt, Phil Warrick and a host of cousins, friends, girlfriend and best friend Kristina Poindexter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Fred and Estell Blueitt, uncle Major Blueitt, aunt Risa Warrick, cousin Maruz Courtney, cousin Randall E. King II and best friend Zachary Connor.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Log Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Columbia.
Visitation will be from 12-1 pm at the church on Saturday.
