Jeffrey "Jeff" Douglas Maxwell, 53 passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. Andy Wood. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Hairr Maxwell; and his brother, Adam Maxwell.

Jeff was a truck driver for most of his life, a job that he loved. He also dearly loved his family, Nascar, Carolina Tarheels basketball, fishing, Budweiser and Copenhagen.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Kelly Maxwell & husband, Johnathon Terry of Eastover, Laken Maxwell of Wade, Christopher Maxwell of Kentucky, and Tyler Maxwell of Wade; his father, Douglas Maxwell of Wade; sister, Wendy Autry of Wade; and grandchildren, Laylah Sellers, Skylah Benton, Roxanne Terry, and Jayce Maxwell Terry.
