Larry Lee Graves, of Thorntown, Indiana, passed away on January 18, 2022, at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon. He was born on October 18, 1946, a son of the late Ernest Lee and Frances Almeda (McLaughlin) Graves.

He was a 1965 graduate of Thorntown High School.

In 1966, Larry enlisted in the Indiana National Guard and served honorably for twenty years, retiring in 1986 with rank of 1st Sergeant.

Larry was a proud member of the American Legion in Lebanon and Thorntown.

Survivors include his wife, daughter, step-children, grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and brothers.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Steven Graves, in 2019.

Funeral Services will be held at Myers and Hunt Mortuary, 116 West Plum Street, in Thorntown, Indiana, on Monday, January 24, 2022. Interment with military rites will follow services at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown, Indiana
