Patricia Jo Stephens, 56, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia, Born October 10, 1964 in Elkhart, Ind., she was a daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Plemons) Hensley. In Patricia's younger years, she was a janitor at the YWCA for several years. She enjoyed watching movies. listening to music, reading books, writing poems and shopping. Surviving are her daughter, Brand (Joe) Smith of Fort Wayne, two granddaughters; brother, Michael (Linda) Hensley of Greenville, TN. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Delores Dunning and Joy Howard; and brother, Stevie Hensley. Visitation is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Advantage Mungovan, 2114 South Calhoun St. Fort Wayne.
