Leah M (Neff) Fisher 71, wife of Paul G Fisher, Sr of North Mill St., Loganton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 2 2022, at
Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. Born in Lock Haven, PA. on March 14, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Edith(Dietz) Neff. Leah was a 1968 graduate of the former Sugar Vally High School, Loganton, PA. Paul, Sr andLeah were wed on March 14, 1969 and shared over 52 years of marriage together. She was active member of Loganton Wesleyan Church, where she enjoyed volunteering by cleaning the church and serving the community with various outreach programs. Leah was employed by the Keystone Central School District as a cafeteria worker where she enjoyed the students for over 20 years before retiring in 2020. She was also employed at the Clinton County Fairgrounds as a custodian. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Along with her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Paula Sims of Bellefonte and Heidi Bowmaster of Lock Haven; a son, Paul G Fisher, Jr of Jersey Shore; three sisters, Phyllis Zell and Vicky Elliott of Flemington and Fonda Wyss of Loganton; a brother, Scott Neff of Loganton, and six grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by a sister, Deb Batman, and four brothers, Larry Dietz, Calvin Herman, Steven Herman and Howard Dugan. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022, at 11am in the Loganton Wesleyan Church, 4972 Long Run Rd, Loganton, PA with Pastor Dan Reed officiating. Interment will be held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Rosecran, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Wayne P Urbine Funeral Home, 95 East Main St, Loganton, PA.
